The Challenge:
To rebrand the organization for the first time in more than four years to a more modern look and feel.
The Solution:
I collaborated with my agency’s designer and technology director to make the logo a more serious business blue and to spell out the full organization name in more branding instances for better recognition and consistency, moving away from the acronym “INN.” We looked at other professional consulting services, such as Deloitte, for inspiration of the sub-branding of the organization’s learning website. The style guide was also completely overhauled to include guidelines for web, print, social media and presentations and more modern fonts.
