Hollywood for Good
The Challenge:
To design a memorial page for a friend of Hollywood actress Shannen Doherty, Deborah Waknin Harwin, who passed away from breast cancer, in Stand Up To Cancer’s Luminate Online digital donation platform to raise money.
The Solution:
I cropped out a photo of the friends together in branded t-shirts on a neutral background and hacked over existing CSS styles to design the page for desktop and mobile.
The Impact:
The page raised thousands of dollars in donations from Shannen’s inner circle to help fund cancer research.
